These Pepe Tap Terms of Use (these “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Pepe Tap game, platform, software, technologies, features, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided or made available by Pepe Tap Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

- Rewards/Incentives Participants in Pepe Tap may receive crypto Rewards for completing game activities, including tapping, daily tasks, and referrals. All Rewards are estimates and not guaranteed.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or bad faith activities. Rewards are strictly for personal use and may be subject to regulatory restrictions and transfer limitations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding Rewards.
The Company is not liable if Rewards cannot be claimed due to technical issues, blockchain failures, wallet issues, or other third-party problems.
- Taxes You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your Rewards and must provide accurate tax information as requested.
- Security; Wallet You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your digital wallet and account credentials. The Company assumes no liability for losses arising from compromised security.
- Updates; Monitoring We reserve the right to update Pepe Tap, including software, infrastructure, and features. Continued use implies acceptance of these updates. The Company may monitor your use to ensure compliance with these Terms.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws You agree to comply fully with applicable laws and obtain necessary approvals and authorizations to participate in Pepe Tap.
- Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability PEPE TAP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
YOU ACCEPT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING PEPE TAP, INCLUDING TECHNICAL FAILURES AND SECURITY RISKS. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PEPE TAP. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100 USD.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of Pepe Tap, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or conduct in relation to the Services.
- Confidentiality You may access confidential information through Pepe Tap. You agree to use this information solely to support your participation and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
- Governing Law; Forum These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands.
- Dispute Resolution Disputes related to Pepe Tap must be resolved through binding arbitration under the BVI International Arbitration Centre Rules. Class actions and jury trials are prohibited.
- General Terms You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. Notices from the Company will be communicated via our website or direct communication. These Terms represent the complete agreement between parties and supersede previous agreements.
These Terms shall not establish an employment or partnership relationship between you and the Company.
